Built the internal client portal for Turing Labs, an AI-native professional services firm serving B2B services and private equity. The highest-impact deliverable in the engagement: client leadership self-serve their engagement status instead of waiting on the team.
Turing Labs is an AI-native professional services firm that delivers connected intelligence for B2B services and private equity firms, operating out of Zurich and Dublin. The firm builds on each client's own infrastructure and data, so everything it deploys belongs to the client, and it adopts newer AI models throughout an engagement rather than only at the start. It runs on the same connected-intelligence model it deploys for clients, having built that capability for its own operations first. The Client Portal is part of that: the internal tool Turing Labs uses for day-to-day client interactions, and the highest-impact deliverable in the engagement. It gives client leadership a single place to self-serve their engagement status instead of waiting on the team. They can ask questions about past meetings and get answers backed by the exact meeting and date, see outstanding action items and who owns them, and track project progress and milestones in plain business language, with each client seeing only their own data. The result is faster, self-service visibility for clients and less time spent answering routine status questions.
